Inspired by the diversity habitat of Parus Major, we created Parus Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Naturally versatile, with a fruity character of ripe olives, rich and complex aromas of dried fruit, and a smooth texture, with a slight spicy aftertaste.

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil reflects its uniqueness in the character revealed to us. Notes of green grass, ripe tomatoes and/or almonds, as well as some bitter and spicy, contribute to the harmony and balance of Parus Exclusive.
